1985 - The original or first station 36 was located on the east side of SH149 (currently SH249) off of Coons Road in a rented warehouse building (2 bay) and housed an Engine and Booster Truck.
1989 - With construction expanding on the west side of Klein district and the need to service the community, construction began on Station 36 which was constructed as a three bay station located on Gregson. The station included a kitchen, dayroom/training room, and would house two apparatus- Engine and Booster 36. Construction was completed and the station had 15 active volunteer members.
2008/2009 - Due to the expanding area a larger station was needed to service the area and construction began in 2008 on a new 3 bay station. The new station was opened in 2009 on North Eldridge Parkway just north of Northpointe Blvd. with 28 dedicated volunteer members. The station houses an engine, ladder truck and booster. The members of the station live in the area and respond to the station when an emergency call is paged. They respond to the subdivisions of Westbourne, Canyon Gate, Three Lakes East and Three Lakes.
2022 - The station is currently under renovation and is estimated to be completed in June 2022.
